| Description: | Formed in 1997 as a direct result of the declining availability of the vinyl format on most classic back catalogue Rock/Pop releases. The aim of the company was simply to reissue a broad range of classic albums on 180 gram virgin vinyl with 350 gram thick and durable card sleeves, all 180g releases are contained within their own clear plastic wallet. SV also have a range of 160g and 125g vinyl releases these are priced lower than the 180's but retain their high quality. In 2000 SV launced its classic 12" dance label S12 with classic soul, funk, disco, hip hop and house from the 70's - 90's. |
